Payment
As
payment we accept all major credit cards through PayPal
including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
and PayPal payments as well.
We also accept Cheques and Money Orders as payment, Please
contact us if you would like to pay by cheque.
All credit card payments will be payable to
Demesco.
Shipping
Orders
are usually shipped out 24 to 72 hours (Monday to
Friday) after payment has been received and
confirmed.
Cheques and Money Orders will require a 5 day clearing process
before we can ship your order.
We can ship anywhere within Canada and The United States, we
can also ship worldwide, outside Canada please contact us
for a shipping quote.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited shipping
unless stated otherwise.
All orders are fully insured by Canada Post against damage or
loss of shipment.
All shipping costs amounts within North America are calculated
during the checkout process.
(Please note that Canadian residents will be charged GST sales
tax of 5%,
Quebec residents will be charged GST sales tax of 5% & QST
sales tax of 7.5%)
Returns
If for
any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a
30 day money back guarantee.Orders must be returned
within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be unused and in new condition to
receive a refund. We do not charge any restocking fees.Buyer is
responsible for all shipping costs.
Only the final purchase price excluding shipping costs will be
refunded.
Defective
All
Products are carefully and thoroughly inspected for
defects continuously during the manufacturing process and
also before we package the product and ship it out to the
customer.
But if for some reason there is a defective part on the product
we will either repair the problem part or replace it at no cost
to you.
All our Kat Condo products have a three month warrantee on
manufacturer defects.
Please note that our warrantee does not cover wear and tear of
the product caused by abuse of the product or any other means
possible.
Return
Procedure
Please
send us an email at support@katcondo.com for
any return inquiries.
You will then be issued a return ticket number, products should
be carefully repacked into their original packaging that they
came in to avoid damage during shipment.
All returned packages must properly display our return address
and return ticket number we issued to you.
